Avoid dust and dusty areas. Cover your nose and mouth if exposed to dust.
Avoid excessive exposure to the sun. Drink plenty of water. Do not walk barefoot.
Avoid giving mosquitoes and insects the chance to bite. Use insect repellent on your skin frequently and spray your room to eliminate insects. Wear clothes that cover your body well throughout the day and night.
