Accommodation and Registration Documents
Confirmation of "Accommodation and Registration" will
be emailed to you.
Please produce these documents for verification at the airport
to our representative for pickup.
Admission and accommodation are subject
to presentation of the confirmation documents.
Amendments by you
We will make every effort to assist you if you wish to change your arrangements
but can offer no guarantee that this will be possible. Request for changes
may be made through the web site. No amendment will be accepted after
15th February 2004.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made through RegOnline.
There is a 25%
cancellation fee applicable to registration and accommodations.
There
will be no refunds for cancellation after 15th February 2004.
Event Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled or International visitors precluded for circumstances
beyond its control, Elan Vital will refund registration and accommodation
fees but is not responsible for airfare or any other event related costs
or loss.
Liability Policy
Elan Vital, Inc. is acting as the coordinator for this tour for International
guests. A portion of your package cost will be used by Elan Vital, Inc.
to support international tours. All land arrangements are through Afimac
Associates Pvt. Ltd. Elan Vital, Inc. is not a sponsor of the Holi event
and shall not be liable or responsible in any way for loss, personal
injury, or damage to any International guest or to his or her property.
Itineraries and Accommodations
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all services provided
are efficient and reputable; however, it may be necessary to vary the
arrangements. Arrival and departure transfers are provided as a courtesy
service only and should you miss them, no compensations for any transfer
expenses incurred will be paid. Afimac Associates Pvt. Ltd. reserves
the right to refuse admission to the event to any person.
